The Covid-19 Vaccine Equity Partner program is a joint effort between the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and Snohomish County, aiming to address and eliminate health disparities in communities of color during the ongoing pandemic. This program works towards providing equitable access to the Covid-19 vaccine for marginalized communities, especially those who have been disproportionately impacted by the virus. It aims to educate, empower, and inform individuals about the importance of getting vaccinated and supports them in booking appointments and navigating the vaccination process. The program also provides resources and support for community organizations and leaders to increase vaccine awareness and uptake in their communities. Through this partnership, the program hopes to achieve greater equity in the distribution of the Covid-19 vaccine and promote health and wellness for all.
