The Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an evidence based intensive outpatient treatment program designed to assist adults overcome the barriers to their recovery from severe and persistent behavioral health disorders. This service is available in Snohomish & Skagit counties. To access this service, individuals must be referred by a PACT team member, who will submit your referral to the North Sound Behavioral Health Organization.
