Housing Services Overview
Compass Health currently provides affordable housing assistance to more than 500 individuals throughout Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties, and we maintain a waitlist of more than 500 additional Compass Health clients waiting for housing assistance, many of whom are homeless. Housing services are available to adults 18 years of age and older who are receiving services; primarily single adults, although there are some resources available for families with children.

Application/Intake required:
Eligibility for the motel voucher program is determined through an application process. An applicant may only apply once in any given year for assistance.

Please note that Emergency Motel Vouchers are ONLY AVAILABLE AS FUNDING ALLOWS.

Clients may access the EMVP through their Compass Health clinician, through clinicians at other agencies in the area, or by leaving a message on the EMVP line at 425-349-6844.
