HERO House Everett

HERO House Everett is a program of HERO House NW, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. We join HERO House Bellevue and HERO House Seattle to provide a psychiatric rehabilitation model that focuses on socialization and community engagement to bring every participant known as a “member” of the Clubhouse program to the table for the running of the Clubhouse.

Prospective members need to schedule a tour and orientation day which can be done in as little as a couple of days.

Application/Intake required:

New member intake form required as well as orientation paperwork.

Documents required:

Intake paperwork, referral form, and orientation paperwork.

Eligibility:

Have to be 18 years or older and have a diagnosed mental illness.

Referrals required?:

Referral form provided to prospective member during tour or virtually upon request. Referral form must be filled out and signed by your mental health provider or any other professional that has access to your mental health diagnosis record.
