Mental Health Therapeutic Court (MHC)
The Mental Health Therapeutic Court (MHC) is a specialized program designed to provide alternative sentencing and treatment for individuals with mental health issues who are involved in the criminal justice system in Snohomish County, Washington. This court aims to reduce the revolving door of incarceration for individuals with mental illness by addressing the underlying causes of their criminal behavior and connecting them to community resources and services.
