The Hoff Foundation operates three homes in Snohomish County that provide comprehensive wrap-around support services for 27 women who are coming out of incarceration, rehabilitation, escaping homelessness or are at a significant risk of homelessness. We offer wrap-around services that include counseling, trauma counseling, life skills classes, recovery groups, and mentorship. Our program provides the foundation of our support services. Each home has a mentor case manager that creates individual programs for individual needs. The goal for each woman is self-sufficiency in a connected community. We see a 95% success rate for those who graduate our programs.
