We provide In Home Care, advocacy services and day to day management of client needs. Our services may include but are not limited to the following: Initial and ongoing assessments of client needs Management and supervision of caregivers Provide ongoing support and communication to the family and interested parties Coordinate/attend medical appointments including physical, occupational and speech therapy Medication management Arrange for assistive devices or home management tools to ensure safer home environment Assist with moving Assist with paying bills Provide regular visits and monitoring when family members are not available. We are also able to provide a unique case management service between a client and their guardianship organization or trust.
