Our providers collaborate with a wide range of specialists, including cardiologists and podiatrists, to ensure that all aspects of our patients’ diabetes treatment are coordinated carefully for optimal care. Special services for diabetes patients include evaluation of data from the glucose meter, insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor, for use in helping understand the effect of meals, medication and physical activity on glucose levels.
