Support groups meet in-person and online. To Participate First, get the app: • The computer app can be downloaded here https://zoom.us/support/download • Android and Apple phone users can install the app from their phone's app store. Then, with plenty of time before the meeting, we recommend: • Testing to make sure your video and audio work and are ready to go. (It's in the setup.) • Choosing the name at sign up that you prefer to me known by in the group. In-Person Support Group Locations Each of our support groups is unique as each embodies the character of the surrounding community. We strive to meet in locations that are safe and provide a reasonable expectation of privacy and anonymity. All locations have free parking. • Bellingham: The WGA began in Bellingham. This group has been operating for more than twenty years. • Everett: The Everett group is our second oldest, having been met continuously for more than fifteen years. • Skagit County in Burlington: The Skagit Group is scheduled to begin in April of 2020.
