If you are a low-income senior citizen or low-income disabled citizen, you may qualify for a discount on your City of Bothell utility bill. Applicant must be 62 years or older at time of application. Any of the following are proof of age: Birth certificate; Driver's license; Washington State identification card; Social Security statement; Proof of residency would include the following: Copies of utility bills Driver's license. Annual income must not exceed the amount specified as "very low income" in the regulations of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). See application for rate levels.
