The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services, located at the Frances Anderson Center, serves as the community's key resource for providing parks, open space, recreation programs and cultural arts for the enjoyment of Edmonds citizens and visitors to the community. The Department plays a vital role in many aspects of community life, with staff liaisons to the Edmonds Library Board, the Edmonds Memorial Cemetery Board, the Planning/Parks Board, the Edmonds Youth Commission and the Edmonds Arts Commission.
