Early Learning Center
The ELC provides on-campus, licensed childcare in an environment that is safe, nurturing and designed to meet the developmental needs of infants to children age 5. We are open and serving student parents, Early ECEAP, and ECEAP eligible families. The Early Learning Center provides care for student, college employees, and community families. Families can choose to enroll quarterly or for the academic year. Based on income, children may also be eligible for free preschool through ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program). Current Everett Community College students who are enrolled in a minimum of 3 credits receive priority enrollment and a reduced rate.
