Outreach - Basic needs and Resources
Hand in Hand's Outreach program is a free resource to Snohomish County families. We offer basic needs (toiletries, diapers, clothing etc.) as donations allow to any and all families that need it. Additionally we have rental assistance for qualifying families, afterschool programs for children, and offer support in any way we can. For more information please call our office at 425-374-2461.
