Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a state funded, free preschool for limited income families. ECEAP is designed to provide a comprehensive early childhood program for preschool children and their families. If your child resides within the Snohomish School District boundaries or is highly mobile such as migrant or homeless, he or she may be eligible for our ECEAP program.ECEAP provides a nurturing environment for the preschooler by offering educational experiences designed to help children develop social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills. ECEAP also offers nutritional and health services for the preschooler by offering hot lunches and nutritious snacks daily and providing a wide variety of health screenings.Volunteers of America Western Washington operates three ECEAP community preschools in Snohomish County.
