Public art in the City of Lake Stevens enriches our citizens' quality of life and provides access to art for all ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. The Lake Stevens City Council established the Arts Commission in July 1996 to advise the Council on the Municipal Arts Fund and to make recommendations regarding the selection and acquisition of public artwork.
