UW Neighborhood Clinics is a network of community-based clinics located throughout the Puget Sound region. The clinics provide a wide spectrum of primary care and secondary care services, from pediatrics to geriatrics using the medical home model. Ancillary services include on-site laboratories, digital radiology facilities and nutrition services. The clinics offer primary care services six days a week, with urgent care services available at select locations. ?Additional offerings include convenient hours with evening and same day appointments available and online access to personal health information through UW Medicine eCare. Registered eCare users can confidentially email their care team, schedule and cancel appointments, request prescription refills, view their medical history and check lab results.
