Utility Assistance
The City of Snohomish offers a Utility Assistance program for eligible low-income households to help with their utility bills. This program is funded by community action grants and donations from local businesses and individuals. It is intended to assist households experiencing financial hardship to pay their water and sewer bills. Eligible households can receive up to $300 per year for utility assistance, and may qualify for additional assistance in cases of emergency or crisis situations. To apply, households must complete an application and provide documentation of their income and expenses. This program is administered by the City's finance department and assistance is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are depleted.
