The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP) is a FREE preschool program serving low-income children and families, providing quality educational experiences that cultivate the potential of the whole child, and by providing access to health, nutrition and family supports. . ECEAP provides a nurturing environment for the preschooler by offering educational experiences designed to help children develop social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skills. ECEAP also offers nutritional and health services for the preschooler by offering hot lunches and nutritious snacks daily and providing a wide variety of health screenings. Volunteers of America Western Washington operates three ECEAP community preschools in Snohomish County.
