The Japanese Gulch is home to the Community Gardens and contains walking and biking trails as well as a dog park. Mukilteo, WA's newest outdoor recreation area, The Japanese Gulch, is 144 acre urban forest, located in the northeast corner of Mukilteo, WA. The Japanese Gulch is home to many miles of fantastic trails. The trails can be accessed from the dog park on 5th and at the community garden at 76th and 44th. Most of the trails in Japanese Gulch include rolling hills or switchbacks and can be muddy at times.
