Full Life Care’s adult day health programs provide health and wellness services that work to challenge minds, keep bodies moving and lift the spirits of each participant. Our dedicated program staff leads exercise groups that emphasize strength and flexibility, balance and coordination, range of motion and endurance. We also provide groups focused on cognitive flexibility, memory and recognition, orientation and judgment.
