When funds are available, Purrfect Pals provides vouchers for free public spay and neuter for cats and kittens which can be redeemed at participating low-cost spay and neuter clinics. These vouchers are intended to help owners and caretakers who are unable to pay for surgery at low-cost clinics. Vouchers cover the cost of surgery only. Any additional services (vaccines, microchips, testing, flea control) are the responsibility of the owner or caretaker.
