Our goal is to provide student dental education and for our patients to receive quality dental care. To ensure efficiency, we have created policies to enhance and protect the dental clinic: Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and VISA, MasterCard or American Express for your payment convenience. A strict cancellation policy is adhered to due to students clinical requirements. We require notice at least 24 hours before your dental appointment to re-schedule it. A parent or a guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 and stay on site during the treatment. As a courtesy, we submit insurance claims on your behalf. However be aware that you are ultimately responsible for any fees incurred. You are responsible to bring in all needed information and to advise us when that information has changed.
