Our Health Support Service is designed for seniors who require more physical and medical care but want to remain in their familiar surroundings. Our 24/7 Live-In Care is the pinnacle of senior care and is one of our specialties. This service allows a senior to age in place safely at home to the end of life. We employ a tried and tested protocol system that ensures each senior has a customized Plan of Care, the family receives real time feedback, and the experience is smooth, reliable, and effective. We use a team approach to our 24/7 Live-in Care. Typically, we create a two-caregiver team. One person lives-in for four days, the other for three days. The team and the Care Manager work together to ensure the senior always has someone with them.
