Assists older adults, individuals 18 and older with disabilities, family members and caregivers to services by providing information, referrals, follow-up and advocacy. Bilingual staff assist Chinese, Filipino, Hispanic/Latino, Korean, Russian/Ukrainian and Vietnamese elders . Resources can be accessed through a phone call or at www.homage.org. Services are free.
