Financial Support Program
A financial assistance program designed to provide help to those living with Parkinson's disease who are struggling to make ends meet. Approved applicants will be granted a $400 scholarship once per calendar year. The funds can be used for a variety of needs including exercise classes, home improvements, medications, respite care, transportation and more. Open to residents of WA, OR, AK, MT and ID who have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.
Funds are limited and will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis
