Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP)
The Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP) is a program designed to provide discounted fares for eligible individuals on participating transit systems in Washington State. It is available to senior citizens (age 65 and over) and individuals with disabilities. This permit allows for a reduced fare of 50% off regular adult fares on select transit services within the Puget Sound region. To qualify for the permit, individuals must meet certain eligibility requirements and submit an application. The RRFP program aims to increase access to public transit for those who may face financial barriers or mobility challenges, making it easier for them to travel throughout the region.
