Stepping into the role of caregiving can be stressful and many people need more support while providing care for someone living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia. The Connections Care Consultation program provides unpaid family caregivers (18 years and over) living in King county and Snohomish county who care for an individual living in an independent setting with no-cost consultations that connect them with community resources that best meet their needs.
