Child Care Circles consists of a cohort of Latino mothers in need of pre-k childcare services. Participants exchange childcare services for valuable time to empower themselves through activities such as higher education courses or employment, instead of paying for childcare. LETI has leveraged the expertise of Edmonds College, the University of Washington, and the Edmonds School District to support this program.
