NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for individuals living with mental health conditions. This program is offered by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and focuses on sharing experiences, struggles, and coping strategies in a safe and confidential environment. This support group provides a space for individuals to not only receive support but also to offer support to others. It is designed to build connections and foster a sense of community among those living with mental illness. The NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group aims to promote recovery, resilience, and a sense of hope for individuals and their loved ones.
