NAMI Family & Friends (F&F)
The NAMI Family & Friends (F&F) program is designed to provide education, support, and resources for family members, friends, and caregivers of individuals living with mental illness. The program aims to help participants understand and cope with the challenges of supporting a loved one with a mental health condition. Through a combination of presentations, discussions, and interactive activities, F&F offers strategies for communication, self-care, and navigating the mental health system. This program is taught by trained volunteers who have personal experience caring for someone with mental illness. F&F is free, confidential, and open to anyone seeking to better support their loved one's mental health journey.
