Involuntary Treatment Act Services

Designated Crisis Responders provide legal assessment of grave disability and/or danger to self or others (as a result of a mental health or substance use disorder) for possible involuntary detention to a behavioral health facility.

Anyone who is physically located in Snohomish, Skagit, or Whatcom County and is experiencing a behavioral health crisis or is in a pre-crisis situation that seems to be deteriorating and without intervention could result in a behavioral health crisis..
